Region's name: Electric Plains

Landscape: Rolling hills with electric towers, weather conditions include Thunderstorms with Lightning, and heat Lightning. Sky is usually storm like with coolness (sun hardly shines). Great place for farming and power plants.

Dragons that live here are mostly farmers and power workers. They provide power for the rest of the regions and crops.
